Southern Craft BBQ

Had a desire for BBQ and chose this location as it's close to our new house in Johnson City (use to go to Broad Street in Kingsport). I have to say it was a total letdown.1. Pricey for the amount you get.2. The pulled pork was very fatty3. The short ribs were overcooked 4. The "baked beans" weren't (more like a bad Campbell's Pork and Beans knockoff with a slim strip of pulled pork in it.5. The Burnt Ends were rock hard6. The banana pudding had not overripe bananas but ROTTEN!I will never eat here again.I was raised in Louisiana right on the border with Texas and grew up on BBQ. If you're looking for some... look elsewhere. Worst I've ever had!

My adult daughter says "yummy yummy." My wife says "I thought it was yummy." The barbeque turkey I had was delicious. I'm taking one star off because the Texas toast wasn't even tan, and my cucumber & tomato salad had only one half-dollar sized tomato slice.Beautiful atmosphere. Very nice place. Wide and open space for covid times. You could only enter with a reservation in advance Friendly staff and fair prices. We ordered baby back ribs and bbq combo. Both plates were very filling and nice presentation. I will definitely recommend this place. I put 4 stars because they missed our second round of cocktails and the waitress didn’t ask us if we finished and gave us the check. Beside that the experience was great!
